About Us

Three Little Sunshines was created from a place of love, family, and creativity. The name is inspired by my three sons—McCoy, Braxton, and Declan—who are my constant sunshines on even the cloudiest days. They are the heart behind everything I do and the reason this business exists.

My baking journey began in my senior year of high school, where I worked for a cookie cake company and discovered how much I loved decorating cakes. That passion quickly grew, and in 2007 I created my first wedding cake for my sister’s wedding. Since then, I’ve enjoyed designing and baking cakes for family and friends, always drawn to both the creative artistry and the science behind baking.

In 2021, I opened Three Little Sunshines while also beginning my homeschool journey with my boys. Life has brought its share of ups and downs, but my love for baking and creating has remained steady. Whether I’m developing new treats or decorating something special, my goal is to bring a little brightness—and a little sweetness—to others.
